DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: We offer UPS shipping for all domestic orders which offers excellent up to the minute tracking options.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: All orders from other countries may only choose USPS priority international without tracking for $23.50 USD or USPS Global Express with tracking for $33.50 USD, with the exception being Canada, which may select USPS first class mail for $8.50. All of our shipments are packaged exceptionally well and damaged packages from either carrier have never been an issue.
Nearly all shipments received before 2:00 pm PST Monday thru Friday are shipped the same day. All shipments originate from our Yorba Linda warehouse located in Southern California.
RETURN POLICY: A full refund of purchase price less shipping will be issued on all lamp purchases returned within 14 days of purchase if received by us in new, unused, and sellable condition. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on inverters. LCD panels may be exchanged if they arrive damaged.
