DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: We offer United Parcel
Service (UPS) shipping for all domestic orders which offers excellent up to the
minute tracking options.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: All orders from other countries may only choose
USPS priority international with delivery confirmation for $23.50 usd or USPS
Global Express with tracking and delivery confirmation for $33.50 usd, with the
exception being Canada, which may select USPS first class mail for $8.50
All shipments are packaged exceptionally well and
damaged packages from either carrier are kept to a minimum.
RETURN POLICY: A full refund of purchase price less shipping will be
issued on all lamp purchases returned within 14 days of purchase if received by
us in new, unused, and sellable condition.
