DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: We offer UPS shipping for all domestic orders which offers excellent up to the minute tracking options.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: All orders from other countries may only choose USPS priority international without tracking for $23.50 USD or USPS Global Express with tracking for $33.50 USD.
All of our shipments are packaged exceptionally well and damaged packages from either carrier have never been an issue.
Nearly all shipments received before 2:00 pm Monday thru Friday are shipped the same day. All shipments originate from our Yorba Linda Warehouse located in Southern California.
RETURN POLICY: A full refund of purchase price less shipping will be issued on all lamp purchases returned within 14 days of purchase if received by us in new, unused, and sellable condition.
